With this in mind, I offer courses and individual counseling in the field of dance and self-awareness. By working with the body, your own creativity, music and conversations, I would like to open up ways for people to experience positive and empowering self-awareness. In my courses I invite you to pause, discover new things in yourself, express emotions in dance and come into playful contact with yourself and others.I use my experience and my knowledge from my further training in dance, psychology, pedagogy and dance therapy.
