Class description: Class begins with guided improvisation, focusing on body awareness and spatial exploration, before we enter contemporary techniques moving on, away, towards the floor, with an emphasis on following your own body structure. For everyone who wants to dedicate themselves intensively to their dance for a week! Pilates, improvisation and contemporary dance await you every day. The courses can also be booked individually.

Performance project on the topic of home・April-June 2024 in the Tanzwerkstatt Kassel
As a group, we examine what connects us, what separates us, when we feel at home and when we feel alien. We will explore the themes in movement, using methods from improvisation, partnering and dance theater. Under the working title “living on one's own land” we will create a piece that shows the individual and collective discussion on the topic of “home”. The project is aimed at adults with previous dance experience.
